You might want to look into some commercial options.  I have an old R401 robot coupe that has worked for years and love it. They are spendy for sure, but if you're stepping up your production capacity it would be a wise investment.

I dont know, but in all sincerety, I really dont feel comfortable buying stuff from china. I really dont
 Good luck. That's where EVERYTHING is made these days. But I'm with you. even the "Bayou Classic" jet burner I just bought yesterday was made in China

will it actually puree? a robot coupe?

Yes.  The one I have sure does.  I'd suggest you contact them and describe what you need and have them suggest what would be best.  Might also try Waring - they are the commercial division of Cuisinart.

Blending will easily get it to thin/liquid and not puree like. If you're not comfortable to buy from the chinese, watch the documentary "Made in the USA". Even your US made item is just assembled in the USA (by cheap mexican labor). I only know one US "made" Industrial blender brand and that's "ROSS", though I googled it and now see that they are designed in the USA and build in the USA, India and China. If you are not comfortable with that go for a decent machine from Germany. (deutsche Gründlichkeit!)

Some german brands;

Amixon
Shamrock

Late to the discussion, but I think BlendTec is US made and will make chiles into puree.  Depending on how thick you need, a blender may not be the machine.  Look up "buffalo chopper".  or other commercial grinder.
