Amen!!! They have a lot of natural talent also... I wish I could have played like that at 15 yo... 
At 15, I was happy playing Smoke on the Water and Louie Louie, on my pawn shop special... LOL
 
Now my friend Jerry could play his Hammond B3 organ with a Leslie speaker!!!
