The new Defcon ZERO will be released THIS Saturday, 4/25!

Ok, MAJOR UPDATE!!! The ZERO has been bottled! This is the nastiest ZERO product we have ever made. Each .25 ounce vial contains the equivalent of 5-6 POUNDS of Trinidad Moruga Scorpion pepper. Our creation method, which we're quite proud of utilizes NO Chemicals and NO Electrical Machines in the process.

Those who have known about Defcon Sauces for any length of time know what this evil creation is all about, and will be the first time in a couple of years that we're making it available. It was supposed to be a Special "ZERO Batch" release, but we had to scrap the packaging as nothing went according to plan, and I refuse to cut corners.

Now, this will be available at the 3rd Annual New York City Hot Sauce Expo next weekend, and will also be available online as well (See that? I do have a heart). There are about 140 of these in total, and once they are gone, they are GONE! I don't expect another batch of this stuff to be ready until at least next year. They will be $40/each. For international orders, we use ONLY USPS EMS for shipping. It's expensive, so if you know someone that could get the package to you for cheaper, ask them to order it. www.defconsauces.com.

The ZERO will be available at the same time the doors open for the NYC show, April 25 at 10:00 am. These things are going to go FAST! Also, we'll be launching our hottest wing sauce to date, The Curbstomp, at the same time (available in 12-ounce bottles only).

I'm glad to see you're keeping up with Defcon's standards however demonic and twisted that might be! Hope to see you at the NY Hot Sauce show!!

(I'll know better next time you lure me into tasting the contents of one of your vials)
-Greg (Slosser's bud)

Here's a shot of the finished ZERO's. Again, these will be available SIMULTANEOUSLY at 10am THIS Saturday, 4/25 at The #rd Annual NYC Hot Sauce Expo AND online at www.DEFCONsauces.com. These beasties are going to go FAST! I do not expect these to be available for very long at all. Considering it's been a few years since we've released one, and considering for the last 9 years we've used Orange Habanero and for this one Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, well, those who have followed us for nearly a decade will definitely understand.

NOTE: These are NOT the ZERO Batch #6, we scrapped the packaging, as it didn't turn out perfect. These are pretty much no-frills .25 ounce vials.

Creator, I wanted to ask you about the extraction.  You mentioned somewhere that it takes 5-6 or 6-7 (I forget) lbs of Scorpions to make a .25oz bottle.  If my memory serves it was closer to 20lbs of habs for the same bottle.  Is that correct?  It is awesome that the scorpions  have that much more cap if that is correct.

Dude, you have to be totally crazy to offer simultaneous online and onsite sales for a limited run!  How you gonna keep track of everything and not oversell?

Oh yea... I've met you.....you ARE crazy!         Carry On~~~

Have Fun this weekend.  I can't imagine a TS Zero! (where's the atom bomb emoticon?).  These are gonna sell fast!

Jay, it was roughly 8-9 lbs of Orange Habanero, so it's not too far off from the 6-7 lbs of Scorpion. This stuff is evil.

Texas, yeah, I know, I have brain damage for doing simultaneous launches, but hey, it keeps me on my toes.

Well, here they are! Both available TODAY at 10am, both at the 3rd Annual NYC Hot Sauce Expo as well as online at www.DEFCONsauces.com. The ZERO's won't last long, trust me.

I can't be the only one here that's excited about this!!!
