powder-flake JHP powders

I got these in the mail this evening, sprinkled a bit of the smoked goat on left over paella.  Damn, solid and building heat but wow the flavour is awesome, complex, and really intensified the whole dish.

Great powders mate, and thanks again!  I'll update as I make my way through the others.  Thinking of doing a pork or chicken thigh rub test and putting a bit on each to work my way through without other seasonings so I get a better sense of the individual flavours.

I recently ordered some more. Really like the Chocolate Lava. Has nice heat and flavor. Big fan of the smoked thai.

Oh yeah. The smoked Thai is really good as well. I enjoy the smoked powders because I don't own a smoker so can't smoke my own pods. Maybe I'll pick one up at the end of the summer. I love BBQ but there are 0 places around here to get it so buying a smoker would be the logical thing to do. Damn mouth watering just thinking about it. Had some bacon, eggs and potatoes for breakfast with a big shake of the JHP Bahamian Goat. Delicious!

Finally got around to photo bucket again.  These are standard weeknight dishes for us, and we use the left overs in wraps etc.  Next batch will be tomorrow night - the aji and smoked banshee as a combo...

Made some chicken thighs with a teaspoon of 7 pod yellow, celery salt, dried thyme and onion and garlic powder last night. Oh boy that is hot and delicious!  Pic tonight when I have more time.

I also made some sauce this weekend, used some smoked banshee and more 7 pot to up the heat levels.  I'll post details in the sauce making thread.

Got my order in today (2 days), thanks for the extras as well. Can't wait to try it out. I brought the thai blend in my lunch box to try at work tonight. can't wait. Cracked it open and it smells fire.
Mystery Wine smelled good right out the box as well. Thanks for the beans, I'll be sure to grow a few next year and keep the genetics going.

Sorry not the best pic. was on my way out the door for work

Enjoy! Glad they arrived safe and sound and good luck growing out the wines!

Boss or Mod, can you combine all the threads in vendor vault...think there are 4 or 5..
