smoking Show us your Smoked food Pics

Okay I am New here, and Brand new to Photobucket (so any/all Tips & Advice is welcome)
I'd like to post some Pics of what I Smoked yesterday, and I'd like to see any Pics of your Smokers, your Smoked Food, Etc. :onfire:
I think others here like  :drooling:  looking @ food Pics too, so any and all smoked Food pics you want to share would be great
descriptions make the food pics even better so describe method, ingredients (unless it's a secret :shh:  ) wood type/types used, Sauces,  Etc.

I hope I am uploading this picture correctly...
Here goes:  :onfire:

Of course it's dangerous to use the Smoker when I can't even barely stand on my own unassisted... So what!

and when it was finished - less what was snacked on already

Oops... I forgot the description
I used 3/4 a bottle of Lucky Dog Hot Sauce Brown Label   added to my Mop Spray among a few other things (First a rub of Barrel House BBQ spice and Guldens mustard, then a Mop Spray periodically throughout smoking process, made of; 3/4 bottle of Brown Label, a little bit of my Yellow 7 pot Mustard, rice Vinegar,Agave nectar, dash of Worcester, olive oil) to smoke some Pork back ribs..!
Slow smoked with a blend of wood we had on hand ( Oak-50%,Hickory-30%,& Mesquite-20% )  :onfire:   The remaining 1/4 bottle got almost all used up as dipping sauce for the smoked Cornish hens, it was also fantastic on smoked Swedish Pork/Potato Sausage!
Peppers are Aji Amarillo, and what was labeled as mini bells from the local Supermercado but they were way sweeter than any bell I've ever eaten before

I do!!!

So I smoked a turkey breast for the first time in years today.

Here it is after a 14 hour brine in water, kosher salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, smoked bhut powder, poultry seasoning, black pepper, maple syrup, a few juniper berries, a splash of cider vinegar, and... that might be it?

Patted dry and rubbed under, and on top of the skin with a mix of a couple different commercial rubs and Salsalady's jalapeño seasoned salt (that stuff is awesome).

I smoked it @ 225 with cherry until it reached 165, then rested it in foil for 20 minutes before slicing.

Here's the finished product. It turned out super moist.

A closer look just for the heck of it. The salad is the sweet kale salad kit from Costco (good shit).

I will definitely be making this more often from now on.

Thanks for stopping by!
