Gorgeous plants/pods. How does that PdN x Bhut taste?
the 1 that ripens Red taste like a Bhut.

The others that are ripening Peach colored taste like a Bhut, but more Floral (for lack of a better description)

and either of them, when eaten in the still (unripe) Purple stage taste more like the Pimenta De Neyde.
I wish I were better at: describing flavors

Thanks for looking

:cheers:

Those look nice.  Nice looking yellow bbg7.  I hope to have some of those next year.  My red bbg7 did pretty poorly this year, not a lot of pods and quite a few small and misshaped ones, but the ones I did get were damn good and really hot.  Plan on more than one plant next year.  That bhut x pdn ripening to peach is cool.  I haven't had very good luck or maybe I just don't like them with some of the pdn crosses I have tried.  All have seemed really mild and not great for taste so far.

There's only a few terms I understand when it comes to pepper flavors mostly based on personal experience paired with watching Nigel's reviews on pods.
Floral = Haven't experienced that one yet.
Earthy = I associate with a habanero
Fruity = most obvious to me is the red brainstrain
Citrusy = My fatalii come to mind
Grassy = an unripe chocolate anything - I heard mustard varieties can taste like that but never tasted one myself yet.
