Brown Label is New & Improved!

Finally - it's here! My new & Improved Ridiculously Tasty Mustard Chipotle Hot Sauce!

Now with a stitch of ghost pepper (+1 point to hotness) and the savory layer of roasted garlic, which softens the blow of the mustard's acidity on the front of the palate. 
 
(and the Brown is a slightly lighter shade, so as to eliminate confusion between that & Black Label at a glance!)
 
It's not often that I win a 1st place in a difficult competition with a product and then immediately change the formula, but while I'm very proud of the Screaming Mimi for "Pepper Blend" at the NY Hot Sauce Expo, this is how the Brown Label was always supposed to be.

It's still not quite hot enough. Next batch will be a teensy bit hotter. The creeping Scotch Bonnet vexes me. After 1/2 a meal the sauce is at the lower end of "hot". At 1st taste it's a medium.

So yeah - this one could win an award too and I'll still change it again. Or maybe I'll surrender and just change the label to "medium".
