Bhut Camp's Pineapple Express

Just wanted to give a quick review of Bhut Camp's Pineapple express. This is quite an amazing sauce. Its the best pineapple themed hot sauce I have had so far. Combining the fragrance and taste of pineapple with caramel notes, with a reasonable amount of heat really makes this one shine. I found myself using it quite often, and really enjoying this one.Very well balanced sauce, not too sweet, but enough. Heat is just perfect if you want a sauce you can use liberally. Overall I give this sauce 9 out of 10 for flavor, and a 5 for heat. I would love to get the recipe on this one.

It is one helluva good damn sauce. I've tried most of his sauces and all of them are pretty awesome but this one might be my favorite. I tried it on vanilla ice cream like Rick suggested and it was killer. Almost at the bottom of the bottle  :tear:

Throw my lot in with the Count Douglah (oh yeah!) and the Rhuby red (have not sampled the pineapple or guava)- have to really control myself, I could give into the urge to drink them straight up! Fantastic sauces from the beginning to the end. Great heat profile(s) combined with most excellent blending of flavorfulness and unique ingredients -  thanks Rick!

I appreciate the honest review Aaron.I love to hear good in depth feedback. I don't know if you or Tony have tried Guava Loco yet but hit me up if you would like to.I think it's my best creation yet!
I would love to try it. That and the PE, I will take both, pm sent.

On the Pineapple Express I have been enjoying lately doing a dip with chicken tenders fried lightly in coconut oil. Add a bit on some wild rice and vegetables and its delicious. I think its pretty versatile, and works on a lot of foods and desserts.

I was lucky enough to obtain some of Rick's amazing pineapple express as well . I cannot say I have ever had a tastier fruit sauce in all my short days on earth .

The perfect blend of sweet and spice will have you pouring way more sauce than you butt can handle . It has a nice kick but not one that has you in pain . Just some eye watering jaw dropping love . I will be purchasing many bottles from this master of sauce . It went amazing with my fish dinner last night . Thank you Rick

So glad you enjoyed it man! You have to try it on vanilla bean ice cream with shaved white chocolate.

Yes! You have got to try this. I haven't done the shaved white choc as I'm not a fan but I used this on vanilla bean ice cream all the time before I ran out and it is pretty friggin awesome. I'll definitely be reordering more of this in the near future
