Sunday dinner

I love posting my food pics, makes me think more about what I'm doing and take more care. I don't like always posting in Drunken Chef. Im not always drunk!

So I'm starting a Flog. May not always be Sunday, but that's where we are today so without further ado...

Glaze for the chops. Hoisin, black bean paste, ketchup, my hot sauce, soy, ginger, garlic and Jason's Fire Fusions pineapple sauce. (If his product has not been mentioned here I need to. It's great!)

I myself would probably take that spoon and eat at least half of that hoisin sauce right out of the bowl.
 
I'm weird like that.
 
Sometimes the sauce becomes the main attraction and the meat is an afterthought. 
 
But as I said...

Does anyone here render beef fat and have a use for it? I do pork and duck fat. Seems a shame to throw it away.

Guiness in, coffee and chicken stock to cover. Bring to a simmer and in the oven for hours
