First time growing shallots and garlic. I really like it! I planted these last year maybe Thanksgiving time, I dunno. I pulled them 4 - 6 weeks ago and they seem to want to sprout green growth!! I was trying to dry them out for 6 weeks. The half dozen garlic bulbs dried nicely as seen in the below photo. Also my shallots are not very big for growing so long a time. Does anyone know what I should do with the shallots to dry them out a little more? Any recommendations appreciated!
