Chocolate BrAiN sTrAiN 7 Pod

Hey Cappy just tried to pm you and I'm guessing your getting a ton of pm from members trying to score some hot @ss peppers. Your mailbox seems to be full. So I guess I'll just ask you here.

Interested in getting a small usps box shipped but wondering what you mean by collect able seeds. Are they a special variant or something from your personal collection? Done for this season but would love something special. Pm me and let me know where to send payment. Thanks in advance.

I deleted some messages and cleared some slots so please PM me again.  Collectable seeds in that this is the only pepper I am growing on my property so there is very little chance of cross pollination and all the seeds should grow true = collectable seeds.  Thanks.

A true piece of fine work my friend!

Received my box of torture yesterday!!! Thank you very much Cappy! Beautiful pods!!! Some are very large and intimidating. I noticed one is very dark brown, most are medium brown, and 2 are very light and could even be called caramel.

I'm eating one of the smaller ones with my peanut butter sandwich for lunch, and wow it is hotter than expected. It has a very intense burn!!! I really like the flavor and the smell is very similar to the red brain strains.

What is the history of this pepper? Was it discovered amongst red pod producing plants or was it crossed with something to bring out the brown?

This is a fantastic pepper and is at the top of my grow list for next year!

I took some pics, but can't directly send pictures to this forum. I got my box wednesday and checked out the first pod today at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Really good taste and immediate heat. It didn't have a lot of extra oil in it like I get with my reds, but they might later in the season. Cappy, thanks for the great peppers and the extra. The restaurant owner is keeping the seeds from that pod, but I will have plenty to grow out. I'll be harvesting by November and will have plants ready for the fall plant sales.

Got mine today. They look great! Thanks Cappy! Think I might try making a pecan smoked powder with these, after I get the seeds out.
