contest Throwdown Throne

Thank you all for the votes !

I must admit i was inspired to do graved eggs after reading GM and SmokenFire discussing them in: The next throwdown thread
I'd looked up a lot of really neat ways to use eggs, but really couldn't decide for sure what i wanted to try to make up until that point.

Looking forward to seeing the entries for this one, I have to admit ...

I already missed the point in time where I would have needed to start my graved eggs, so the thing I most wanted to do it out the window now - but we'll see ...

I'm brewing this weekend, but if I can get something done, it'll probably be on Monday ...

graved eggs can be done in a couple hours though?  or are you curing more than just the yolks?

Ya if you want the yolks hard enough to grate you'll need a few days - thought you were going dry outside w runny yolk inside.

It's a good idea you have there.  Hope to see you pull it off.

Thanks GM and SmokenFire for the inspiration to go all in and challenge myself on this one. Thanks Pookie for picking an Egg-Throwdown (I never would have tried to source alternative to chicken eggs locally if not for this )
