Hot sauce make for bottle

I wish to find how to make hot sauce in the bottle. If having fresh hallaby pepper from our town. Also have brittle hallaby. Also ghost, fresh and brittle. Pul biber and urfa brittle only this time. Many vegetation to use. Many fruits.
We have different vinegar dark with rich, as date vinegar is one of popularity. Also clean vinegar as white.
