Guys I was Navy and have eaten in Thailand.


David offers from 1-10




I went ten and it was AWESOME.


Waitress says David can go hotter if you need it hotter.


I could have handled it hotter,but for good eating heat it was perfect!!!!!!

The flavor of the coconut soup was the best I have had here in the states.

Just a little bitty place but the customers in there were all return customers and very friendly.

The waitress said the ten I had was medium on Davids scale.

She said he can go about 1-25.

He uses the prik kee nu.

He may have something hotter. Not sure.

I can say every single time I have had Thai and they say they can go hotter than 10, they use another pepper like ghost. Totally ruins it. Since I grow about 20 types of Thai I wonder what he uses to get past the ceiling of Thai heat.

I'm with ya JHP definitely don't want to sacrifice flavor for heat!! And can't change the authenticity of the dish!
