Wow Gargoyle91 beautiful looking sauce great color!!!!!!!!!!!! Give it a week then taste mine always get even better with age! Just waiting for some jumbo shrimp on the barbie!!
Some fantastic recipes here and I've always felt recipes are just guidelines to creating our own perfect balance!!

Awesome!! I think pineapple and Habs pair together very well. If you like fruity types then try adding some mango and/or papaya to the mix. Fresh is best but frozen works. In any case, great job
