Crab Pie--Would Green Chiles be good in this?

That sounds pretty good. I'd like to try it with dungeness crab (local crab) and red peppers though.

I made the pie and it is very good. The amount of crab could be cut back, because it was very rich. I increased the amount of onion and pepper (and I did use roasted green Big Jim chillies). Next time I'll cut back on crab and increase both onion and green chillies. A slice of pie and a green salad made a mighty fine lunch (and the prosecco didn't hurt anything!).
