Ozzy's All Grain on deck

Ferm really slowed down today. Just dry hopped and raised the temp 2 degrees. Hopefully going to crash this weekend then bottle it.

Now I need to decide what's next. I have a pils yeast and I have a Belgian pale ale yeast to use up. Kind of thinking about making the belg pa then hitting it with some Brett and dry hopping it with some Nelson. Perennial made a beer like that and I loved it.

I've got a CO2 leak somewhere. Closed my distributor for a couple days and then turned off each individually. Then opened the main and check each keg separately. Narrowed it down to 1 but I sprayed soap all over it and didn't see any bubbles.

Only thing I can think is that the rings on the post or the ball lock fitting need swapped out.

Ugh ... sucks ...

Been there a number of times already! =/

I have a dual regulator from Northern Brewer (before I knew to buy TAPRITE) that's leaked a tank three times on me ...

It doesn't just leak it straight away, far from it ... it just decides to leak at some rando point ... usually tied to when I've changed the temp between being in a freezer or out in the room ...

Super annoying ...

Nice ...

I was >< close to pulling a 6 oz PET to force tonight ...

I only opted out because it pulls O2 down into the fermenter when you remove the air-lock to keep from sucking the StarSan in ...

Tomorrow I'm hoping to find a deadpan air-lock, so I can carry on with crashing/carbing ...

Going to brew another this week! ...
