fermenting First ferment, fingers crossed!

So I bought an sfrb of superhots from suezotiger and went nuts trying new ones each day till my stomach said "No mas!!" and I got cap cramps for a good hour and a half. Took those and I've currently got them sun drying on a rack for some powder.
The sfrb tctenten was so kind to give me in his contest I've decided to try and do my first ferment.
Went to the farmers market today and picked up some red jalapeños, fresnos, and Kung paos to get me up to a couple pounds. So in the ferment:
Bhuts
Orange bhuts
Orange 7 pot
Christina habanero
Couple reapers
Red jalapeño
Fresnos
Kung paos
And garlic

A real mutt of a ferment.
My friends mom makes great kimchee so I decided to use the juice from that as a starter.
Chopped everything up into smaller pieces, did a 3.75% brine, added a tiny but of agave and sealed the whole thing up! Hopefully it goes well, it's gunna hang out in a cabinet till its done.
Let me know if you guys think I did anything agregious! Lol

Used latex gloves the entire time, took em off and I can't figure out what I touched but I scratched my eye and sat with ice on my face for a good 1/2 hour! Lol
 
Nice job El Angeleno.  That sauce is going to be hot!  Your process looks good. People here have more experience than I, so just checking in and saying hi and good luck.  Also, like the farmers market angle.
 
Last year was my first ferment and I let it sit 90 days.  It turned out very well for me, as I am sure yours will.  Mine made maybe 3 1/2 bottles which I gave away 2 and was disappointed when my bottle ran out!
