I MASH FATALI,habanero yellow and scotch bonnet together and add 2% o salt. After they ferment i wanna put in oak cube for experiment.
Questions: iF I ADD VINEGAR for acidity does he uin texture of sauce?
i just hit the cube after it stopped fermenting for couple of months??
