Yeah! I was going to buy woozy bottles but apparently my wife had saved a ton of 4oz baby food jars. Works just as well. I think my next recipe might be my carribean reds with mango.

Sauce looks damn good!
 
For pizza I prefer a 'traditional vinegar pepper' type sauce.  Mostly cause I grew up sprinkling Tobasco on my pizza hut wedges, but now I'm sophisticated enough to make better than PH quality at home and still want a bit of hot sauce on each slice.

i went from two pepper varieties to almost twelve for next season. Im very big on growing peppers with intense heat or cool looking pods!

Nice looking sauce. I enjoy the sweet, fruity and hot flavored sauces. Great use for gerber jars lol.
