Using Juicers?

I would think a juicer would remove the good stuff like the seeds. Generally, the sauces I've had are not juice, but consist of all parts of a chilli -- seeds, skin, oil, juice -- and whatever else is in there. Then again, I am thinking of an orbital juicer from the '70's not one of the modern ones that looks like it's stuck in the front of a mincer.

Thanks PB.

I don't know about a juicer for peppers, what you want most is not the water inside but the flesh, so it doesn't sound right to me. I know you can add that filtered stuff back in, but why separate it? Just blend it up if you ask me.

I agree. A blender is what you need for the reasons HTP mentioned.

I have a juicer and a good one, too (Champion), but I never even considered using it for peppers.

There is no need for oranges, peppers have 3 times the vitamin C of one.

Very good point, but can you imagine an unsuspecting significant other pulling out the juicer that was just used to make Naga Juice the night before to make a glass of fresh Orange Juice while you lay asleep in bed... I bet you would wake up to some yelling and cursing.:P
