condiment Anyone know a quick easy salsa recipe..

^quite similar to my recipe and should be a good starting point to tweak to your tastes. I use a bit more maters and I recommend Roma tomatoes for raw salsas.

2-3 Roma tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 tsp minced garlic
Juice from 1-2 limes
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp coarse kosher salt
Hot pepper of your choice

I just blend my peppers with enough wine vinegar to get them to move around in the blender. Squeeze bottles are cheap and it lets me add my peppers to my food without touching the peppers much.

1 can crushed tomatoes
whatever peppers you want to put in
1 bag frozen diced onion (you said easy right?)
1/2 bag frozen diced bell pepper
1 tbl. lime juice (it comes in a bottle)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp minced garlic in the bottle
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro leaves (this is the hardest part).

1 cup chopped fresh Tomatoes
1 cup chopped red sweet peppers
1 cup brags Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbs organic no salt seasoning
Pink Salt to taste
Honey to taste
1 Habanero (to taste)
Blitz

That's my base I do in a bucket then spoon out and add different flavours (Dill, Parsley, Mango..). Lately been on a Peanut Butter kick, 3 Cups mix to 1 very large heap Organic crunchy Peanut Butter :)

This is the one I've made so far, and it's really going over at work. Everyone wants some, and wants to take some home (those that can handle it). I'm up to 4 super hots now; I'm gonna have to try some others.
