1medium white onion
5 cloves garlic
2Tbs kosher salt
1Tbs cumin
1/2tbs chilipowder
1Tbs brown sugar
1/2Tbs molasses

chop all ingrediants minus the vinegar and leave out overnight loosely covered.  next day process smooth with the vinegar.  adjust salt, sugar, to taste.

Chicken especially wings, Ham, eggs.  It is pretty sweet though I think next time I will try to dial back on the sweetness.
at first I was like EGGS!?!? but then i thought about people use ketchup on eggs and ketchup is sweet.  This seems like a kooky thing only a canadian would do, Ive known some canadians and they were all a little off   Seriously though would you share the ingrediants list? you've peeked my curiousity.

Just going off memory

4 cups root beer (1/2 a 2 liter bottle)
6 chocolate moruga scorpions seeds removed
2 Carolina reapers seeds removed
1 tablespoon black strap molasses
1/4 teaspoon mint
10 plums pitted and skinned
1/3 or 1/4 cup lime juice can't remember

Ketchup on eggs is good :P

Hello again guys, topsmoke I tried your sauce and it was delicious. For sure I will make it again and maybe I make my own variations although Im not good at combining flavors hahahaha. Anyway guys, could you share a sauce wich had maybe pineapple or mango in it? I'll be making the sauce you recommend me with trinidad chocolate scorpions again and I wont be cooking just blending all the ingredients and thats all. Thus is because as I mentioned in another post, I find that cooking kills a lot of heat from superhots

1 pineapple
4 peaches
Handful chopped coriander
1 tablespoon honey
5 yellow superhots (cos the colour matches)
1.5 cups apple cider vinegar

Chop all and simmer on medium for a few minutes then on low for 10 minutes. Blend to desired consistency and allow to cool. Bottle. Yum!
