Pancakes

I made my Usual Pancakes (Buckwheat) on Sunday and used a spicy plum sauce I made (don't recall what pepper I added), went a bit over board with apples, drowned out the great taste of the pancakes lol. Added reconstituted prunes as well, topped with cinnamon. Still tasted great :)
 
Something a little different lol.
Fife flour, blueberry ginger pancakes topped with maple syrup #3 and Boston Cream Cake.

     I can vouch for that ^. I made them for the first time this summer and they are delicious. Think of a potato pancake, but made with shredded zucchini instead. Better texture and flavor. But pretty weird looking!
 
I bet they'd be good with apple butter.

     I bet you're right. We had ours with homemade black raspberry apple sauce. They were stupid, stupid good. I'm going to hit the farmer's market this week and hopefully pick up some zucchini to make more.
