Are these healthy peppers?

I have a few Bhut's/Moruga's/Reapers growing:

Can anyone confirm if they are considered leggy or not? I don't know what is expected of a seedling this size.
 
Also what's up with some seedlings having purple stems and some green? Which is normal?
