I know it's not a big deal to a lot of you, but it's a big jump for me. The hottest pepper I've eating so far has been a chocolate habanero sent to me by Guatemalan insanity pepper.

I am just joking around, but I can only eat 1/8 of a super-hot before I'm dying!  If you do it, you are awesome, but I can't eat a whole one without wishing I was dead, really.  
 
If you post up the link, many of us are happy to watch and I hope you enjoy it more than I do.

I will do it between 6-8 pm EST. im eating the whole thing. I have about 2 hours of homework that ill need to do that night aswell before 11pm and ill be working 8-1 and then have class 2:30-5:30.
 
I hope I am able to do my homework after I eat the pepper... Maybe I should do it before?

Wow....I didnt realize it was going to be thaaat crazy. I guess ill be prepared to curl up into a ball for several hours afterwards, even though I hope it doesnt go that way.
 
 
Tips and advice for eating it and dealing with the after effects will be greatly appreciated.
 
i have a big fat brown moruga i have to process tomorrow. but no way will i do a vid - i cry like a baby eating superhots, hoping i can get your show tomorrow that would be 4-6pm my time.
(sampled bombay morich and red primo today, still babying my throat and tongue).

The best tip is not to eat it at all. Going from Choc Hab to Brown Moruga, is asking for trouble. 

I said to somebody the other day: the best Brown Moruga, is the one somebody else eats. It is not a pepper to muck about with.
 
Eat half a super burrito prior the pod. You're gonna need some padding in yer gut.
 
:rofl:  Oh, n' don't have any plans after, for 16-20 hours. Put a roll of T.P. in freezer too.  :party:
 
Did I mention Brown Morugas are in my top three most violent gut bombs?  :D

Hah. One of my best friends saw this and told me about it. It really brings back memories. My first whole super was a red Moruga, and man did I ever regret it...er, enjoy it thoroughly and not see what all the fuss was about. Yeah, that's what I meant.

My best advice would be two eat it with two liverwurst and onion sandwiches, heavy on the onions, and a six-pack of warm beer. Not that it'll help you in any way, but if you're going to be miserable, might as well share the fun with everyone in a five-block radius, earning yourself the nickname "Chernobyl" in the process.

You're probably going to get the hiccups. You almost certainly won't barf (after all, you're not Ted), but I guess it's possible. Personally, they make me drool a lot and I can't talk. Come what may, you've got guts (until afterwards, anyway). I'll hopefully be out of work and watching. Good luck!
I haven't discussed it publicly much, but I've been tinkering with a big, bad Moruga cross. In honor of John's endeavor (if he's okay with it), I think we have my first named cross (or will, once I get to F8): The Morgue Scorpion.
