Last night was #Kettle action and today the #WSM

 

The ribs are dusted and off to the smoker.

Going to be a long 5 to 6 hours :) Guess I'll sip some bourbon out back for a bit

 

Nice ... I'm stuck at my station doing the hwinter worx ...

 

It'll be nice to free up, l8r ... missing a rather nice day outside, from the looks of it ...

Do you find that the beef ribs cook differently to the pork?

These were skinny ones that is why, thick ones are closer to 8/10 hours as you know beef rib master!
