Windchicken 2016

For the last couple of years my season has finished up after the subsequent season had already started…I sowed my 2016 seeds last Saturday, but my 2015 Chile Manzano are just now bearing ripe fruit, 3 days later. Is it worth waiting over a year after sowing to get ripe fruit from these plants? HELLZ TO THE YEAH!!! Only the best chile in the world!!!

Poor Charlotte. At least Neil didn't get his signature hiccups. It's neat when they give you your due credit!

Thanks Eric! I agree, Charlotte was such a trooper, knowing full well going into it that the CNB is a ripper.

And yeah, the shoutout from Neil, one cannot put a dollar value on that...They are absolutely just the best. Very, very few YouTube reviewers bother to learn about the provenance of the pod they are testing, and very few of the guys that send seeds and/or pods to these YouTube guys bother with it either, but seem quite happy to take all the credit for themselves. I can't think of a single other NagaBrain review, in fact, where proper provenance is given. Zero. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

And the other thing: They get right down to business, rather than talking for 10-15 minutes before actually eating the pod...There are plenty of reasons they are still the best in the game!

Nice video, they are true pros!

Gary my two RCW rows are, I'm guessing 18 plus months old. I have a F5 NagaBrain set in there, I figured it would be at home. And it's chugging along. Thanks for the seeds!

Wow, thanks Scott for growing NagaBrain, and thanks especially for building forest soil!!!

That's an amazing Scorpion plant.  Gotta love that
Gulf coast climate!

I'm having a hard time finding hardwood RCW here.
It's all Fir, Pine and soft deciduous.  Grrr.

I am with you Paul ... We have pretty much 100% softwood natives here and most exotic plantation woods are Radiata Pine or Macrocarpa ... Any hardwood trees we do have are usually not trimmed in anyway as they are often shade trees for stock planted years ago

What a huge plant! Gotta love it!

And no nutrients added to the RCW beds? I'm guessing they just get better every year.

Thanks Scott! Correct, no notes added since several years ago, and the soil gets richer with year. RCW really works!

Thanks Simmy! All the credit goes to the forest soil and Butch's amazing variety...

In a few years you could sit all season and just wait for pods... No sowing, no transplanting... LOL that's amazing Gary! :D

Cool, Fabrizio! It's not hard to imagine, honestly...
