Got a hook too!

Going to be an interesting challenge I think.  Not only are they slow to germ mine are also proving to be slow to grow.  Not even a clue as to first true leaves yet.  Will put one out into the garden under a solo cup tomorrow to see how it responds to 97 degree temps.

Haven't had any germinate yet, but had only started four. I started the rest of them yesterday. I'll probably have a bunch germ at once now. Seems like that always happens when I start more. :)

Just hang in there guys. I threw ALL my seeds in - the one that germinated was planted on March 14 (planted in wet paper towels, anyway), so it's been three weeks coming before it finally germed!

my latest germ was 13 days in... get on my level coup

only kidding, but going to be following this to see how it goes

I have one, tiny, little, secondary leaf BEGINNING to emerge from between the primary leaves....Doesn't look like I'll be planting out in the month of April this year anyway. I got a LATE start overall. My fault. Oh well. Guess it will give me time to let all the rain and leaf spot pass over...ha

Still waiting here. Congrats on all those who have hooks, pops and plants already. Not giving up, not after seeing all these late pops.

Fat lady aint sang yet! (don't want to hear the B anyways) :D

Funny and interesting fact: I shut down my germ station setup as well and just brought the tray with remaining cells that haven't sprouted down to the basement and laid it under the light. Temps are lower by about 5 degrees and it seems things are deciding to sprout...lol

I am officially out.  It seems all my seeds get mold cultures growing in the portion cups after about 3-4 weeks for some reason.  All of my growdown seeds have not sprouted and have now succumbed to mold.  Best of luck to everyone!  I will keep following regardless.

This is actually kind of awesome. Makes things bad ass and interesting. The initial challenge is who can get a sprout and then and only then can you move on to the next right of passage, growth!

Sorry to say but my lone seedling never made it .I do have my last 3 seeds going so all hope is not lost.I feel like a lead-off batter that has hit a slump. This spring has been the most challenging of my last 4.
