Ipo histamin thread!

Long story short: trying that stuff and soon i should consult some good specialist for some balanced diet and see if this is the problem...

So i hope to avoid bad stuff and i made that:
pan fried 2 red onions, half head of garlic next and a big yellow red bell, salt and black pepper and a dried goat's weed just before that, at some point a glass of water, diced some chicken breast, used paprika and turmeric. Cooked with a bit of apple vinegar. Cooked until ready.
I don't know if it was just turmeric or combined with paprika but spicy taste on chicken was excellent, for sure i wasn't crying fot cumin or curry and it didn't lack taste.
Also goat's weed did the job, not blistering hot by far but actually significant.
I don't know if black or hot pepper are good or bad for that ipobullshit but today i haven't yet had problems.
Maybe just a tad overcooked, but undercooked chicken sucks.

I'm drinking Overpass like a fiend! Hurry and get some. It's the most quaffable IPA I've ever had. You can down a sixer like a lawnmower beer but it still holds all the properties of IPA, with good grapefruity notes and good bitter level.

wheebz try ya some.

I don't know that beer, unless it's this one something special it's a bad thing for that ipo histamin stuff as far as i know. For sure i'm not touching alcohol for at least a month.

Today i've included some rice and apple, used hot pepper from Calabria instead goat's weed and it turned out excellent. I haven't used bell pepper but just stuffed one:

i rubbed with oil, cooked on oven a bit (i just don't like pepper cooked much) and served with ricotta cow/sheep (that was really fresh, how it should be):

(mmhh.. bad white balance...)

I like better to include pepper while cooking chicken instead stuffing one, however apple has been a nice touch.
