bottling Rebottling Sauce

If I have some sauce that I made last year and I want to redo it this year to make some changes to it, will that sauce still be good to cook and rebottle again?

If your original sauce was of good pH and what you're adding won't negatively affect pH you should be ok.  Though I do caution that you shouldn't expect the same shelf life as the original if you're adding to it.

Truly you should probably just forge ahead with that recipe with the new additions you have in mind.

Based on what's been posted, in theory, yes...but + to what ^ they have posted.

Any thing you do from here on out may be safe as far as food safety is concerned, but it's not duplicatable.  I'm with SnF...take what you learned the first time and make another batch from fresh.
