My not so fancy set-up

I have one full spectrum light E27 with the red/blue and the others are the 6500 CFL full spectrum white. I put my overwintered plants outside as we are having weather in the mid to upper 50's in the day and upper 30's low 40's at night. Plus I had some aphids on them and didn't want the plants near the seedlings. These are mostly peppers and some tomatoes. I just moved these from my house to the garage this afternoon. This is my first time growing anything with lights. Wish me luck !

I was thinking of upgrading my current set up which seems a little ridiculous.  I might move all of my plants out on to my tool bench in the garage.  I could easily hang some fluorescent lights or some leds from the ceiling right there.  Thank you very much for the help.
