Photobucket jacked up?

Every time I upload a picture onto photobucket from my phone it uploads between 3-30 of the same pic. I also can't delete them. Anybody else having issues with it?

Yes, matter of fact I deleted the app off my phone because it was getting so annoying. 
 
90 percent of my photobucket storage is used up and that issue has put a major dent in it. I was at 50% at the beginning of fall. I got fed up this morning and dropped the app. 
 
Photobucket as a whole been a bit buggy lately. Takes forever for pic to upload and half the time fail
 
I switched to imgur last year some time on a recommendation of someone from here, can't remember who.   I haven't even bothered making an account.  I just upload and bookmark the direct links generated and dump it into a file.   the bookmark previews in Opera let me see thumbnails of the images. Don't have to worry about storage limits on an account. 
 
I just tried uploading a pic to my Photobucket.
 
It did seem to take longer than usual, but it only uploaded one copy of the pic, so I do not know what could be causing the issue for you guys.
 
I use IE, but decline running ActiveX, and have quite a few of the IP addresses Photobucket links with blocked in my firewall, so maybe that is it?

it's the mobile app that's the prob
 
It could have allot more use now. Astrobin were I used to post my Astronomy pics now is charging, so allot of people are using alternative, I saw from links people have use photobucket.
