Your best heating pad

So what heating pads for germination do you use and would recommend to others? I remember the name of the last ones I had but I wasn't happy with them at all.
 
I bought a sunlight supply heating pad and had good luck with it.  I read the recommendation for it when I got seeds from superhotchilis.com.
 
     I have two Milliard 48" mats and JumpStart thermostats for each. I've had them for several years and they're very durable and seem to heat evenly. The thermostats are a must, imo. The mats will get too hot without them. I keep them at ~80F for germination then turn them down to ~70F to keep the plants happy until they go outside.
