Black Beans Revenge Chilli

This is my recipe for chilli that I've worked over the years. After trying tons of championship chilli recipes.
Feeds 8 or more

Black Beans Revenge Chilli

1lb of ground turkey or ground chuck
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of black beans
1 can of Hunts dice tomatoes
1 can of Hunts tomatoes paste (the small can)
2 jalapeño peppers seeds removed
1 green bell pepper
1 sweet onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 diced celery sticks
1 Bay leaf
2tbs of apple cider vinegar
2 TBS of salt
2 TBS of cumin
2 TBS of chili powder
1 pack of McCormick's Smokey BBQ chili mix
1 superhot of your choice
1 '12 oz Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or a beer of your choice
8 cups of water
You will need a 4qt dutch oven or crock pot.
Brown meat in skillet set aside. Pour beer into pot(dutch oven) take and whisk tomatoes paste into beer. Whisk in chili pack,cumin and chili powder.
Dice green pepper,jalapeñoes,onion,celery and garlic into pot.
Add diced Superhot.
Add apple cider ,kidney and black beans.
Add can of diced tomatoes.
Then add meat and water ,add bay leaf. Bring to a boil and cover ,lower temp to low and simmer for min. 4 hours in dutch oven or 8 hrs on low in crock pot.
Avoid but leave in bay leaf for as long as you have the chilli,really adds flavor the next day.

After eating you will know why I call it "Black Beans Revenge"

Looks really good, FY!  I love to make (and eat) chilli, so I may have to try your recipe.  I don't usually cook it from a recipe, just wing it - tasting as I go.

Thanks,believe it or not the beer makes the chilli. For a thicker chilli minus a few cups of water.
I like saltines with my bowl of red and my wife like cheddar cheese as a topping.

Great for rainy or snowy days :-)
