MMMMMM.............

........yep the title says it all!! I'm at my mother-in-laws and for dinner I had beer can chicken cooked on the grill. Along with EVERYTHING else FRESH out of the garden!! The sides were potato's cooked with carrots, rosemary, thyme, butter and challots. Then we had fresh zucchini, yellow squash, tomato's and basil steamed. Also, the collared greens cooked with thai dragons, hot banana peppers, and cayenne ROCKED too!! Of course with a side of fresh green onion stalks soaked in vinegar just freshly picked. EVERYTHING was out of the garden and OHHHHHHHHHH soooooooo goooooooood!!!!

Flying J is a gas station type joint, and this is their "super tanker" 52oz. Thermos Mug.

Made for truckers, but I like it for beer too. :)

That meal sounds unbelievable. QS, is that a 52oz mug or a pitcher you are drinking out of? I sometimes have to type with one had as well, but that is usually because the other is covered with some sort of sauce from the food I am eating. I try not to get hot sauce on the keyboard if at all possible.

I like it!!

Looks like it's been well used too. I should get one of them. I think they sell something close to that size at a gas station near me too. That would eliminate the trips up to the fridge every 15 minutes. (My computer is in the basement)

AYe, it held coffee originally when i worked phones and tech support..ugh.

Now, it's great for anything i want a lot of... ;)

*holds about 20 shots of espresso + milk too.

I've now resorted to bringing down two at a time. Currently a Dundee Pale Bock Lager and a Pinnacle Grape Vodka and grape juice.

Damn I am posting this in the wrong thread. Sorry we hijacked your thread Rabbit. Beer can chicken is one to the finest things ever to be cooked on a grill.

Sorry mate, got talking beer and well... ;)

I do miss having a garden like when i was a kid.
There's only 10 plants here and it still seems like a jungle for a 1BR apt. Nothing like fresh stuff you grew yourself. :)

Don't sweat the highjack guys. Anything with beer is GOOD to talk about;). Also, that was my mother-in-laws garden. The one I'll have in a few years will be HUGE!!! Corn will be in it as well DickT.;)
