I would like fellow help in review the first sauce of reaper peppers. I have acquired this reaper hot sauce from ebay. It is rated as Hottest in the world.
It is so hot I use this for my hot sauce basis. So I take the 1 litre of white vinegar Heinz, and put in the pot.
In the next step I have added the bottle of Reaper sauce. When I stir it is too much thin. So now I added a ketchup basis until it become the thick desire. And salt and juices from the cabbage cooking in pot with goat, because it make broth.
Next up I cook to low heated and simmer. And the next I bottle in bottle I have hid. I now have 5 bottles!
Can anyone want to try and I ship to you? It have the nice flavor you expect with still heat!!!!
