Dry rub/powder blend

looking for a flavorful and hot DRY wing rub, i hope this makes sense, Wild Wings has some nice spicy dry wings, looking for suggestions to spice up my fried chicken.

Nice contributions JHP/Jeff - that will be a good blend for wings.  With salt that will make almost 4 tbsp of spice, which would be plenty enough for a pound of wings.  Then you can grill or bake them on a rack passing sauce to those who require.  :)
