t0mato's trials

Had to Texas crutchit this time....not a whole lot of bark. :cry:

Wrapped it at 150 and and pulled off the grill at 200. This thing is literally like butter. There's a very mild smoky flavor from the cherry, pear and alder woods that I used. I've decided I don't like the flat nearly as much as the point.
