I'm going a little ghetto with this first cook. The stain still isn't dry and I have to put sealant on the wood still. I'll worry about that mañana.

The meat store only had boneless pork shoulder. :(
The wife is going to be out of town all next week and I'm taking her to the airport at 4am. The meat will go on the que when I get back.
