CaJohns has made another good one...PepperMonkey Baby Hot sauce.  It's real simple with 3 ingredients: Fresh Mesilla Cayenne Chiles, Sea Salt, and Vinegar.
 
It's not a normal cayenne sauce that is fermented, it's fresh peppers like I like them. It was thicker than many sauces but pours easily enough. It's medium in heat which means that I cover everything with it. It's good, so get you some!

I got the flu so I couldn't make the show.  I ordered the sauce from John's site.  I have not tasted your sauces yet, but some day here I'll order your 8 pack.

yeah my wife got it the day i left for the show and i got it when i got back the following day.  I like that sauce but didn't buy a bottle.  They had a crazy lineup of sauces at that booth.  I do like their new BBQ sauces and i wish i had bought a bottle.
