Pepper Powder throwdown at my house

So my son is in town from Nashville and we were eating dinner with my brother and other son. My oldest son who is visiting was talking about some spicy chicken he liked from his area and I said I have several powders we can taste. So out comes the following we put on the Tri-Tip I barbequed.

1- My home made smoked chocolate hab
2- My Bhut powder
3- Joyners Super Hot blend
4- Jeffs Reaper

Needless to say my son was on fire after and I gave him some various powders to take with him. He wants to prank a few of his buddies with these powders. I'm happy to say that everyone really liked my smoked choc hab powder for flavor and heat. Joyners really lit him up because he used the same amount as he did with my hab but as we all know the superhots creep on you and get hotter as time goes by lol.

I'm looking forward to making an Aji blend this year as I have several different varieties growing this season. I might do the same thing with a chocolate blend as well.

Yeah I have both chocolate hab powder and red ghost powder and love them both.
I'll have to make more soon but waiting for another round of fresh pods first. The rest of my freezer stash is already slated for sauce.

Funny this come up....At this very moment I have all the rest of my super hots in the dehydrator as I type....I have 4 ferments at various stages so I figured I would use my last gallon bag of frozen mixed super hots and make some more powder....I will grind it and freshen up what I have left in my mason jar.

Should be fun! Superhot powder is tame
Chris if you had to pick the best powder for heat and flavor you sell which one would it be ? I'm talking about ghost pepper and above. Thanks !

I need to place an order soon so I wanted to get the one you recommend plus I'm going to get some of the milder smoked ones as well.

Never had any of Chris's powders, but if his Chocolate Lava powder spoken of here is anything in resemblance to Judy’s Chocolate Lava powder- hold on and get ready! I’d imagine it will be incredible! Such a wonderful face slap of incredibly delicious pure pepper flavor with searing intense heat/burn that should not be taken lightly! Approach with due caution!  ;)

I burned myself many times with it (more than desired at that time), but after the questioning of ‘Why do I do this to myself?’, the aftertaste and subsequent euphoria left many smiles! If you don’t just use in cooking, but also eat it straight up sometimes… be careful with the Lava. She burns.
