Thousands of tiny roots

Hi gang old salty here with a little big problem. I've got a few friends here helping me with my garden getting my raised beds prepped for the season while my soil looks great the ground is covered in fine hair like roots holding the earth together. We turned the soil to remove the clumps but still a lot there. Are these going to be a problem for my plants should I Roto till my garden or is turning and racking enough
Thanks :)

I think what you might be seeing is called mycelium; basically the network of microbes that lives in good soil.  This link might be helpful for more information.  Or I could just be totally wrong.  lol ;)
