Habanero-Peach Sauce

Just went to buy groceries and came home with some fresh orange habaneros and
a 28oz can of peaches in pear juice. Why not make a sauce?!

Cooked it all with cane vinegar.

The result is a perfect yellow-grayish
sauce with sweet aroma & bitter bite!

Very nice, did you use raw garlic or roast it? I bet that roasting the garlic to highlight it's sweet smoky nutty flavors would have really kicked it up a notch.

Raw garlic! And some black pepper too.
Came out flavorful, but not sweet. Not
a bad try.
