Hello from ontario canada! Just wanted to introduce myself...im an avid gardener and have been growing my own hot peppers for years ( this year Hungarian black, long cayenne, Cajun belle, hot alma paprika) . Also a huge fan of making my own hot sauces both fermented and cooked, and my own dried chilli blends.
