HOWDY!!!! I am looking forward to talking to yall in the future about my favorite subject..........chili!!!!
the name of my chili is bubba's chili and the name of my hot chili is bubba's bad attitude chili....so far i have won several local competitions and just recently i came in 2nd place in the north carolina state championship in greensboro.

it looks like the ball is rolling and more people will be signing up....yea ive has some luck at some cook offs but you will soon find im small potatos ...there are some great cooks out there.
 
Hello all-just checking out the site. I do some of the moderating on bbqchat (sister site). Looks like a place where I can fine tune my chili cookin......... :)
