Fertiliser help!

Currently I use a liquid fertiliser called powerfeed red. It's NPK is 14-1.9-9. Is this a good fertiliser for growing my peppers big or is it better for blooming?. And what fertilisers are good for getting plants through winter?

Could you share what fertilisers you guys use?

Here's a photo of the Bhut Jolokia plant I am growing. It's about 6 months old:

Sorry for posting links, I don't know how to post photos
I transplanted the plant 2 weeks ago from a PB 18 grow bag.

I may use 1 plant this year and try out a double 5 gal bucket method and put a mix of MasterBlend, Epsom Salt, and Calcium Nitrate as the nutes. Others just going into straight dirt.

Jake,

Jon @ Juanitos Peppers posted a thread about ferts recently.  Here is the link:  http://thehotpepper.com/topic/59725-which-nutrients-fertilizer-compost-do-you-use/?hl=juanitos#entry1292343

You can read through it to gain info.  Twiasp posted good info, as well.

To give this a bump:

If some of the Pros or Semi-Pros here can help with:

I've been using Powerfeed red this season with great results. I gave my seedlings a very diluted dose (20ml per 9L) once or twice a week, and they responded great.

I fed with a stronger dose once they were in the ground.

I also gave Epsom salts, and added Dynamic Lifter, cow manure and some compost to my raised beds.

It's hard being down here in the southern hemisphere, not all the nutes you guys up north have are available here.

See Burnzy's Glog, he used Powerfeed with great success also.

Just be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and you'll be fine.

SR.
