hot-sauce Hot Sauce from General Electric???

     "In hot sauce, it's all about the heat." Say no more.  :rolleyes: Spoken like a true aerothermal and mechanical technologies global research manager.

     I wonder how much extract it takes to run one of these:

Tried it at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo on Saturday.  They took thermal pics too. Predator Vision.  I had two samples. The first was meh, the second one made me sweat.  Not the hottest sauce we tried on Saturday but it was up there.
 
Nice job on the sauce Steve! I'll have to check it out.

did it atleast taste good?
 
I lost interest in the article when they said the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion was the second hottest record chilli at 1.2 million. No, the Moruga is upto 2 million, it's the original strain brought over that capped at 1.2 and so many things have beaten that.
 
But it's good to hear it's all natural and actually a decent sauce. Would not have expected that, given the company.
Hot black pepper sauces always get me streaming.
