any suggestions on a sauce for french fries?

I love french fries and eat them almost every day. And I pour lots of hot sauce and dry spices on them.
But what's the best hot sauce with french fries?

I tried to make my own hot sauce last week. I mix 5 jalapenos, 5 cloves of garlic, and 2 cups of tequila. (I got inspired by that new blair sauce with tequila)

It tasted quite good, but I felt it lacked something.

How should I make my own french fries hot sauce? Any ideas what ingredients I should use?

Sometimes I mix bbq sauce with ranch dressing, then add hot sauce till the heat/ flavor is right.. Hell, sometimes i even mix different hot sauces with all that!
It has never failed every time  :drooling:

Try making your own fries I like to add a few chopped up super hots to the oil slowly bring to temp for frying. Then remove peppers from oil and add fries this makes a super spicy fry then add ketchup or my favorite my tomato relish for dipping!!

That caps up Louisiana hot sauce you sent me was awesome on fries. I wish I had more of it. I don't remember the spelling so have had difficulty finding the website. I know it was german.

Sauce was so good, I normally don't like vinegary sauces.
Lucky dog pink and black pabels are good on fries as well

Well the stuff from Germany is not the same as the Export stuff. I loved Lowensenf Mustard, but the stuff here is weak, and when I inquired they said the export stuff they make is made for western taste.
And they don't let that stuff in privately at customs, not enough preservatives for our Food regulations to qualify
