Lunch, nice and messy.

Rye bread with cheddar an roasted red bell peppers topped with leftover egg salad. Spiced with chipotle and seasoning mix.

Good cheese on toasted bread is one of the ultimate comfort foods. Indulge yourself.

There is a night and day difference when using a dense bread compared to something like Wonder or Bunny bread. Its nice to go back to the old standby Velveeta on Wonder once in awhile but man oh man Havarti and many others are just killer on a grilled cheese.
